Optimization
Is your ERP system a source of pain instead of a source of competitive advantage? The AIC optimization program can help.
Features Of Our Approach
- Business Focused - You have limited dollars to spend improving your systems. AIC’s approach helps you focus your efforts on the area which will deliver the greatest business benefit.
- Results Oriented - From day one, AIC will work with you toward implementation of improvements, not studying them.
- Fast - Together, we’ll find the "quick hits" - and help you get it - fast.
- Bridging the Gap - Do your business and IT people speak different languages? AIC is multi-lingual - we’ll help you bridge the gap between your business and your systems.
AIC’s Optimization Process
Situation Assessment - AIC will work with you to review your overall business objectives and the status of your ERP implementation. This review will bring to light both process and system problems, as well as lost opportunities. These observations will be consolidated into logical opportunity groups - some of which will be acted on immediately.
Action Planning - In any improvement program, you will benefit from attacking the high benefit, low cost opportunities first. AIC will facilitate a process to prioritize and establish implementation plans - always focused on getting you the biggest bang for the buck.
Implementation - These tasks are tailored to the size and risk associated with each implementation project. In some cases, improvements and benefits can be delivered very quickly. Other improvement projects may require a full range of project management and system implementation disciplines such as:
- Process development
- Programming / system development
- Conference room pilot testing
- Training
- Data setup / Conversion
- Infrastructure development / installation
- Cutover planning
- Go live
- Post implementation support
The key is to "right size" your implementation project - managing time and cost on the one hand, and project benefits and risks on the other.
